Pricing & plans
Beta top-ups, volume pricing, discounts, payment methods, and refunds.
Beta pricing
During open beta, VidNext sells one-time credit top-ups only — no subscriptions, no auto-renewal, and credits never expire. Monthly subscriptions launch later; beta credits stay on your account when they do. Exact prices are shown live on the pricing page and can change during beta.
How top-ups work
You buy minutes of video: drag the handle on the pricing slider Show me in the app ↗ to pick a pack — twelve packs from 10 minutes ("Newbie") up to 3,000 minutes ("God of YouTube") — and receive the corresponding credits at a flat 50 credits per minute. The number of ten-minute videos, the price, and the per-minute rate update as you move the handle.

Volume pricing applies to the price, not the credits: bigger packs cost less per minute (from about $2.19/min on the smallest pack down to about $1.31/min on the largest), but every pack gets the same 50 credits per minute. That works out to roughly $1.30–$2.20 per finished minute of video.
Discounts
- First purchase — a discount is applied automatically at checkout on your first top-up.
- Ukraine — purchases from Ukraine get a discount on every top-up, applied automatically at checkout.
- Promo codes — if you came through a partner's link the code is applied automatically; otherwise enter it in the promo field Show me in the app ↗ on the pricing page. You see the discounted price before you pay (most codes are for your first top-up).
Discounts never stack — you automatically get the best one.
Payment methods
All payments are processed in USD via Stripe (cards). Sales are handled by Promodo Inc. (USA) — the charge appears on your statement as PROMODO*VIDNEXT.

Teams
Team seats unlock automatically as your lifetime top-ups grow — invite teammates Show me in the app ↗ who draw from your credit pool, with no separate billing. Your current seat allowance is shown in the app.
Refunds
The short version: you're paying for AI production compute, so successfully completed work is non-refundable — but verified technical failures are refunded as credits, any beta top-up is refundable in full within 14 days if none of its credits were used, and billing errors are always corrected. Before requesting a refund for a creative issue, try the editor — swapping clips or regenerating narration then re-rendering costs a small fraction of the original cost.
The full policy lives at vidnext.ai/refund. For anything billing-related, use Contact support on the credits page (it opens a conversation with the billing category set — see Help & Support) or email support@vidnext.ai.
