Channel Planner
Plan, produce, schedule, and track your channels' content in one board.
The Channel Planner (the Planner tab in the top navigation) is mission control for running one or many channels: capture ideas, move them through production, schedule posting slots, and track how published videos perform on YouTube.
Adding a channel
Add each channel you run with its YouTube handle (used for stats tracking), niche, a default video preset (so videos generated from this channel's ideas use your house style automatically), and a posting schedule — daily, working days, or specific days at a specific time.
Each channel then gets its own dashboard: live YouTube stats, a weekly schedule strip you can auto-fill, and its linked projects.
The pipeline board
Content moves across a kanban board: Ideas → Processing → Ready → Scheduled → Posted.
Capture an idea with a title, short description, and priority — it lands in the Ideas column. From the card you can generate the video (using the channel's default preset), schedule it, or delete it.
Already keep a content calendar in Google Sheets? Import it as a CSV — a template with the expected columns is provided.
Scheduling
Pick a calendar day and time slot for any video. A scheduled slot shows "Needs Video" until a finished video is attached to it — so you always see gaps before they become missed posting days.
The posting queue
Today's Posting Queue lists everything due to go out today. Expand an entry to copy the title, description, and tags (generated by the YouTube kit), open the channel, paste the published URL, and Mark Posted.
Channel health and runway
The Channel Health table shows each channel's subscribers, videos, and views alongside your production state: ideas, ready videos, scheduled slots — and runway, how many days of content you have queued. A red Critical badge means you're out of ready videos.
YouTube stats tracking
The Planner also tracks real YouTube performance for your channels: the Video Stats Monitor collects view data on a schedule, and the stats grid ranks tracked videos with views-per-hour badges so you can spot which topics outperform — and feed that back into your next ideas.
The fastest loop: spot a high-VPH topic in the stats grid → add a similar idea → generate with the channel preset → schedule it into the next open slot.
